Workforce Development

PHILANTHROPIC PROGRAM

Our Workforce Development Program empowers emerging talent with hands-on experience, executive mentorship, and real-world projects. From AI to mobile gaming, Fellows gain critical skills to thrive in competitive industries. Certified by the U.S. Department of State, we sponsor 3-year OPT Visas to bridge global talent into the workforce. Signature initiatives include the Wong & Fong Family Neurodivergent Fellowship, championing inclusive excellence in the next generation.

Founded in 2020

Asian Hall of Fame’s Workforce Development Program launches projects that result in impactful applications and foster professional development. Last year’s fundraising events provided research grants and real-world projects for 58 Fellows across the country. Fellows work with executive mentors from 6-week sprints to extended initiatives in diverse fields such as AI, design, and mobile gaming.

As a certified U.S. Department of State sponsor of 3-year OPT Visas, the Institute enables talented international students to bridge the gap between academia and applied applications.

A notable aspect is the Wong & Fong Family Neurodivergent Fellowship endowed by Founder Emeritus Karen Wong and David Wong; Letitia, Nate, Arascena and Remington Fong; the Hom Family, Derek Chinn, and John Wong.
