In 2019, Asian Hall of Fame launched its Fellowship Academy to provide workforce development projects to diversity and neurodivergent fellows. By 2023, 75 Fellows from around the country and all walks of life receive valuable hands-on projects to make their career and college goals possible. Hours are flexible, work is virtual, and all backgrounds are welcome. The three programs are:

  • Academy Fellow - Diversity and neurodivergent college students or recent graduates are invited to participate in the Academy Fellowship program to make their college and career goals possible. Technical training, soft skills, and a workforce development curriculum accompany specific projects that are launched in collaboration with executives.

  • Board Fellow - Highly accomplished professionals who are completing or have completed their graduate degree and are seeking to increase their network, board service, and portfolio. Board Fellows advise and participate in board meetings as a non-voting member and work with board mentors to launch a customized project that advances the mission of Asian Hall of Fame. After their year of volunteer service, Board Fellows may be invited to continue as paid consultants.

  • Experiential Fellow - College and graduate school students develop projects in 6-week sprints and submit specific deliverables. Northeastern University and University of Washington are sponsors of experiential fellows.
